This ensures all crew members have the opportunity to get their patches. Additional orders beyond one set per person will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping & Pickup Information

Choose your delivery method based on your location

🇺🇸 US Shipping

Patches will be mailed to US addresses once your order is confirmed and patches are ready for distribution.

Timeline: Tight production schedule to ensure delivery before attendees depart for Japan

Processing: Orders ship once payment is received and production is complete

🌏 International Will Call

For international orders, patches are available for pickup at Star Wars Celebration Japan through our Will Call system.

Pickup Date: Thursday, April 17, 2025

Star Wars Celebration Japan is a major event, and unfortunately Crew Patches can only be mailed within the United States. For our international community members, we’ve established a Will Call pickup system.

How Will Call Works: Just like at Celebration conventions, you’ll be able to pick up your Crew Patches from a SWAGbassador (SWAG Crew Team Member) on Thursday, April 17, 2025. Specific pickup times and locations will be announced soon.

Alternative Option: You can also arrange for someone attending from the US to bring your patches to Japan for you.
