This form is for ordering your CREW Patches!

All extra funds after shipping will go to POTCF as part of our Charity Donation.

Once your funds are received and the Patches are ready, they will be shipped to you. This year’s window is tight to ensure they are mailed out before folks leave for Japan.

  • $35 for 25 Crew 2025 patches.
  • Limited to one set per person.
    • Extra orders will be cancelled.
Will Call (Non-USA Orders – Click for guidance)


SWCJ is a big event, and unfortunately, Crew Patches will only be mailed within the US. For those outside the US, a Will Call system will be set up. You can also arrange for someone attending from the US to bring them over for you.

Will Call (Non-US): Just like at Celebration, you’ll be able to pick up your Patches from a SWAGbassador (SWAG Crew Team Member) on Thursday, April 17. Time and details will be announced soon.
