Important details about receiving your Badge Buddies

🇺🇸 US Shipping

Badge Buddies will be mailed within the United States once payment is received and production is complete.

Final shipping date: March 16th, 2025
We’re working hard to ensure everyone gets their Badge Buddies before heading to Japan!

🌏 International Orders

Due to shipping logistics, international Badge Buddies will be available through Will Call pickup at Star Wars Celebration Japan.

Alternative: You can arrange for a US-based friend to bring your Badge Buddies to Japan for you.

Star Wars Celebration Japan is a major event, and unfortunately Badge Buddies can only be mailed within the United States. For our international community members, we’ve established a Will Call system.

How Will Call Works: Just like at Celebration conventions, you’ll be able to pick up your Badge Buddy from a SWAGbassador (SWAG Crew Team Member) in the days before and during Star Wars Celebration Japan. Specific pickup times and locations will be sent to all international purchasers closer to the event.
